How many of us on the forum are shareholders in the company? I purchased a small amount of shares last year before the whole covid situation and just got my first notice of proxy voting for the Annual meeting coming up :D

Now what do I do..?

the results are preordained you can vote electronically if you want to

I normally don't vote in the shareholder elections for any stock I own unless there is something of great importance that I've researched heavily. Just voting for the sake of voting without research is a BAD IDEA.
