Ruger Shareholders vote

How many of us on the forum are shareholders in the company? I purchased a small amount of shares last year before the whole covid situation and just got my first notice of proxy voting for the Annual meeting coming up

Now what do I do..?

the results are preordained you can vote electronically if you want to

Sell your share back to Ruger at a profit, then have them hire you back as a consultant to be paid in only stock

I normally study the things we can vote on, and either mail in my ballot, or do it online.

I normally don't vote in the shareholder elections for any stock I own unless there is something of great importance that I've researched heavily. Just voting for the sake of voting without research is a BAD IDEA.

I’ve never voted in any proxy vote for any stocks I’ve owned. I honestly can’t see how it would make a difference.
