Are all rings the same in other words will rifle rings fit on a Redhawk ?

You're going to have to measure them to figure out the sets. M77 & SRH are different heights but could be mixed with high, medium, or low rings. ?

Q - Are any of the sets Allen screw sets?

Can anybody answer will the rifle rings fit on a Redhawk ?

Front and rear rings on the M77 and Super RH are one size different (one high, one medium, or one medium, one low).

Front and rear rings on Redhawks, Hunter single actions, Minis and 77/nn are the same size ~ whether low, medium, or high.

Those pictured above appear to be one size different from each other (fitting M77 and Super RH).
