Ruger repair

I sent my rifle in for repair, received by Ruger April 26th. It's still not repaired and no definitive answer when it will be ready. Very dissapointed.

What kind of Ruger rifle, and what was wrong with it?

Precision .17. Has a squib in the barrel.

Could be but it would be nice if they would update me like their original email stated.

I just received an email today from Ruger. My precision .17hmr can not be repaired (no fault of the rifle) The great news is they are replacing the rifle free of charge! What an awesome display of customer support. I have many models made by Ruger and they will always be my first choice for firearm purchases.
