Ruger No.1 Madness

That is a impressive collection............goes to show you......no drugs,no booze,no gambling and some constructive investing and then you have to build another wing
on the house and a bit of security your investment just grows over time......

a lone Ruger #1 is a sad thing to see...I hope that gets fixed soon!
My first #1 was a 22-250 and it was so nice I could not touch it, I got rid of it and acquired some I could enjoy the way they were supposed to be enjoyed...shot.
yeah I've already added another. This 1V in 25-06. :)

Went to the range to shoot my new #1ab 204. Well I must say its sweet and shoots better than the old man shooting it. I don't know how to post picks to old to learn. Thanks Lee for all of your help in finding what I want.

Just bought my 4th #1 from gunbroker today. They are addictive, good thing we don't need a prescription to buy them. It's a 1-s, .45-70. I hope to have it in a week. It'll join a 1-b .25-06 liberty, a 1-b .223, and my virgin queen, a 1-v .280 rem.-7mm express rem. I promise as soon as I master photobucket I will post pictures.

All I got to say is NO WONDER I HAVE SUCH A HARD TIME FINDING A USED #1 .................you guys gobbled up everything within reason...........it's good to share

I will likely shoot my 1B 6mm Rem today...working on some 100 Gr Partitions...expensive bullets so very conservative with the load workup...it is a sickness, got some antibiotics but I can tell its not going to work.

How many of you tear down your #1s each time you shoot. I have three of them and all are good shooters I am afraid to take them down and ruin a good thing.
I just swab the bore and call it good.

Shooting my #1s 45/70 this wknd 16 gr trail boss 300 gr lead what a great load the grandson loved it.
