I've found that using the extractor/ejector adjustment under the forearm not only changes the amount of power that is delivered to the extractor/ejector, but the amount of tension that's on the lever as well. On a couple of my #1s, the lever has a small amount play when I have the ex/ej set where I want it, so I place a small, thin strip of adhesive backed rubber (leftover from handgun rubber grip decals) up into the hollow underside of the lever where it meets the trigger guard. This does the trick for me and others who have tried it.
