While shooting my Ruger SR1911 CMD on 30 Nov the medallion from the left grip panel went missing. Mailed a letter to the Prescott AZ Ruger address with a picture of the grip panel asking if they could send me a medallion.
Ruger did way way more than that; today 9 Dec I received a Pair of Cocobolo Grips at NO cost to me.
Ruger has always gone over & above IMHO.
