Ruger Blackhawk 41 mag

I need info kinda quick or I would search.
I want to make a surprise holster for a friend who the 41 Mag. I have 3 screw 357s. Same size?

Nope, the OM 357 frame is smaller the the full size 41, either OM or NM.

How much smaller and where? I have a OM .41 and a NM .357. The cylinders are the same diameter and length. Is it the frame itself that is larger? Where would you measure the frame to see?

The NM 357's are on the large frame, unless its a flattop, which are a medium frame.
