I have a Ruger Old Army fixed sight stainless and want to know if it is a High Gloss gun.
The outer box is marked as follows:

148-01672

KBP-7F

.45 Model 1406

Thanks,

Steve

I recall the "high gloss" guns had the letter "G" in the front of the catalog number on the Old Armies, others the "G" would, could be on the end of the catalog number......as 'flatgate' states, how "glossy" is it ?? many have been polished over the years using various compounds, abrasives and wheels ...or by hand...I prefer and use Mothers Billet Mag polish and a microfiber clothe, comes out looking like 'nickel'
