River no. 1 safety malfunction

I have a river no 1 in .338 win mag and the safety won’t move in fact as I loaded a round and closed the lever the gun discharged without my finger on the trigger. What can be done?

Ruger Customer Service page does not list the No 1 as no longer serviced. Call Ruger and ask for a shipping label. Fortunately it is a No 1 and not No 3.
