Pretty much all double actions will do it to some extent. If it's not an early rising bolt (common in modern guns) or from simply closing the cylinder and rotating it to lock.
Traditional half cock single action revolvers, like the Ruger Old Model guns, should not ring the cylinder if they are properly handled. Which is mostly to never lower the hammer from the half cock notch. Most modern replicas of Colt single actions are properly timed where the bolt rises into the leede. All Ruger New Models will ring the cylinder, both from an early rising bolt (by design) and from closing the loading gate and rotating the cylinder to lock.
