As I thought, this is not a PC9. It is a Ruger PC Carbine in 9mm. There is a big difference between this and a Ruger PC9, completely different guns.

The PC9 was made at the end of the last century and is a one-piece unit. Probably ought to change your title to avoid confusion with the actual PC9 & PC4 that are also for sale here in the classifieds.
