rear sight dovetail question

Anyone know if the rear sight dovetails on AMT lighting pistols are the same as Ruger Mark IIs?

I have a Millett rear sight off of an AMT barrel I sold that I'd like to use on a Mark II project.

I don't know for sure, I guess if the holes and screws match up it should work. If not, there are a lot of stock and after market products out there to do the job.
