I just called to place an order for a couple of parts I needed.
Nothing big just the arm on the hand priming tool & the bullet collet for the kinetic bullet puller.
I gave the lady my name & address & before I could give her my card # she said we'll get that right out to you. I said don't you want my card# & she said its under warranty.
I just want to say that I've had this stuff for probably 20yrs.

Hi,

Just a passing thought, William: don't even bother trying to argue w/ that nice lady! She WILL win...

I wanted to order some parts for a swap meet find, a Jr. which was missing some bits, PLUS I wanted some spares. Dunno how long it had been out of production when I talked to RCBS about it. I TRIED to argue it was NOT a warranty issue. I LOST. She wouldn't let me pay for anything...

Bless her!

They helped me out a few years ago too, fairly minor stuff. Great customer service.

You know, there are not many companies left like Ruger and RCBS.

They stand behind what they make, and if it's wrong, they assume its their problem. It's an attitude like that that makes me love being in this country. It's also the reason that I'm not shy about purchasing Ruger and RCBS products.

I know RCBS had a period of time where their stuff was being made in China or somewhere else, and it had had problems. I'm really impressed that they've corrected those issues and are making quality products. A lot of companies would have just left it as-is.

I think I'm ready to start singing the Team America theme song.

I agree. I had a problem with my hand priming tool jamming. They sent the whole assemblyincluding the gate. No questions asked. All I can say is amazing.
