RCA Ladies Necklace

Was wondering if anyone has seen a necklace like this before. I'm not sure what year the RCA offered these. It's the size of a quarter and has a sterling silver chain. Not sure of the marking on the back but appears to be a Diamond W. I wonder if Jerry Wilson did these for the RCA?

How do you know it is not somebody's initials? If only one has been found, it is probably custom made.

eveled,,, that's the RCA logo design, not initials.
Now,,, I may have to dig a bit in the RCA journals, or think real hard,,, but it's likely it was offered at some point. OR,,,,,,,,, it may have been an item to be considered to be made to offer to RCA members.
