I'm kind of wondering why the three wind machines blade are all in the exact same position? What are the odds of that? Do they have a stopping point when the wind dies down? Curious minds want to know.

Cary there were dozens of the turbines across the ridge with the blades in random position but for some reason these were synchronized. I'll put a few more up tonight.

We came into Wyoming from the west on I-80 and went north at Rock Springs.

I worked the missiles there for 4 years in the early 70s, still love the place...the Medicine Bows were my favorite place to go.

One of my favorite watering holes is the Outlaw Inn, Rock Springs. I spent many many a night deeply immersed in some serious Yukon Jack drinking there! Got snowed in a few times when October got nutty on us while working out on the gas pipelines.

Ahhh... the good old days! I just LOVE Wyoming.

Idaho has just raised some of their roads to 80MPH. I think the wind machines stop when the Grid is full.
