went and sat in my blind today. when i stumbled through the vines onto the food plot i look up and at about 35 yards there are four coons in the plot forraging. i walked up to my blind, unzipped the door, got inside (which isnt real quiet), zipped the door back up, and sat down to take these pics. they never acknowledged i was there. even when the camera flashed (i forgot to turn it off. lol), they did nothing.
normally i would have popped a cap but since i was feeling good about seeing a deer i didnt. i did get to watch them for about 30 minutes and that was fun. one real big one. a smaller adult and what looked like two young ones.
if i hadve had my blackhawk with me i would have shot (at) one with my varmint rounds. it is pretty quiet but i had left it in the truck since it was raining and didnt want to blast with my 444. like i said, i was feeling good about seeing a deer.
i didnt see a deer btw...
