Has anyone here actually fired one? I was at the LGS today picking up my Shopkeeper and the girl asked if I had seen one. She pulled it out and showed it to me and one of the local 'constabulary' that I was BSing with. Single stack. Seems a bit larger than the Ruger LCP or the LC380. She said $495.00 was the going price. I have read some bad reviews on it hence the question.

$439.00 at this place and $425.00 locally.

I know several people that have bought one, and after you clean it, as it has some sort of grease on it, they have been 100% reliable. We sell em for $429. I am not a Glock guy, but if I wanted a .380, I would give it serious consideration. It is not as small as the LCP, but the LCP is TOO small for my big mitts!

A buddy brought one out to the range last week. I put about 50 rounds thru it.

Very impressive for accuracy and comfort.

Not 'heavy' in the traditional sense, but a bit largish for a 380.

Other than that, it was impressive. I shot it better than his new G41.

Ask her why you should pay more than MSRP?? They've hit $399 in our area and seem to be available now: http://www.galleryofguns.com/genie/default.aspx?item=UI-42502-01

380 ammo is a bit hard to come by.

I hate glocks. Shot a buddies 42. If I had the money I would buy one. A little big for a 380, typical blocky design of a glock. But it more than a arms reach point and shoot gun like my LCP. Would be a nice gun in between the LCP and and my XDS 45. Other than money the reason I am waiting is I see no reason they could not take the 42 and chamber it in 9mm. If they do they will dominate the pocket nine market.

That's what I was thinking. Their G26/27 models are just a bit too unwieldy while the G42 seems just right in my hand.
