Better yet is buying in several western states which shall remain in named. In my observation this it how it goes. ( gun shows or private sales) " nice gun, how much? " $350 cash" "paper?" "Nope private sale" " ok here's that cash " " here's the gun and Ill throw in a half box o shells" " thanks buddy" " you betcha" Then you buddy says, who was that? Then you say I have no idea, didn't catch his name. Was he from here? Far as I know. And that how it goes in many free states no laws broken.
