Reloadable cases, with a plated bullet that won't lead barrels it's a great buy @ 17 cents ea. Even if it was the non reloadable aluminum case Blazer you'd have to go to steel case Russian to find anything for less $.
Not a preferred self defense bullet & it's accuracy will differ from gun to gun.
