Proud grandpa.

My grand daughter completed Army basic training last week and received her beret......the graduation ceremony was yesterday.

For those that are curious my 52 year old son (from my 1st marriage) is 1/2 Vietnamese and 1/2 me and he married a beautiful full Vietnamese lady.

I couldn't be any prouder.

There is absolutely no way any of us on this form should be bored by Military Family stories. Don't ask me how I know.
Sooooooooo bore me to death.
By the way that is just great that she decided to serve.
It is a real shame that the Navy Recruiting office must have been closed that day. Looks like they missed a GOOD one. :)
