Hello,
Just bought a new LCP, been wanting a small pocket auto and after comparing them all I got the Ruger, Crimson Trace Laser, pocket holster and an extra mag. Got out to the rage today and got to shoot it a bunch. I did disassemble it but did not clean, lots of oil!
First off this thing is accurate, I sighted in the laser at 7 yards, when my buddies would shoot it you would see the laser dot then BANG and a hole right where the dot was. Mover to 25yard and was able to ring the 12" gong at least 80% of the time, also recoil was not near as bad as I thought but the trigger guard rubs my trigger finger the wrong way, not like I am going to shoot tons of ammo any how!!
With help of my friends we shot 50 rounds of Magtech, 50 rounds of American Eagle, 50 rounds of Winchester, 25 rounds of PMC and last but not least 25 rounds of Remington Golden Saber. All fed and fired, my problem was a failure to eject the last round it would not happen every time but I would guess 70% of the time it would fail to eject the last round. Sometimes the empty would still be in the chamber others it would be jammed partly in the chamber. Both mags the same and all ammo but the Remington did the same.
It was not a horrible problem as inserting fresh mag and a slide rack would clear but wondering if anyone else has had this problem??
Just need more break in?
Thanks
Stallard
