2012 has been good for me and Rugers! Started it off trading an RWS 34 airgun that just didn't shoot as well as I'd hoped for this 2006 Mk III Target. It had some FTEs until I deleted the LCI.
Next this mint 1976 "Liberty" 10/22 showed up at my LGS. It sat there lonely for 2 weeks before I brought it home. The stock barrel shoots 1/2" at 50 yards. The E.R.Shaw sporter barrel doesn't shoot any better but the 2 lb trigger job is sweet.
There's been this itch for a Mini, and 30 caliber just seems right. Got this one from a fellow RF member. 1991 Mini Thirty. It's definitely ammo sensitive but I really like it.
Most recent is this NIB unfired 96/22. Haven't shot it yet, deciding between investment or resell.
There seems to be a pattern to the rifles I like.
