Predict the future (50 Years from now)

While at the new Sparks, NV Veterans Memorial at the Marina, I was asked to sign a guest leger and make a comment, which would go into a time capsule that would be opened in 50 years. I got to thinking, since I am pretty sure I won't be around then, (I am 79), I got to wondering what the future will be like in just 50 years.

What do you think? Geography, transportation, communication, any subject you would like to write about!
 
Don't need 50 years it's been happening for years now. The world in general is a giant ghetto. And when it comes to America the outside world knows very little about it.

3/4 of the population now live in apts. crammed into the city's like caged rats. 3% or less control it all and when the order is given will have the FBI and the ATF mow ya down. Plant false evidence and hall you off to live under an overpass with a porta potty.

Most will be living on the public doe all dressed the same, with hands outstretched. The elitist driving by in their pretentious electric vehicles telling the children to roll their windows up. Complaing the only good help today is an illegal economic migrant while telling their friends and acquaintances they are only half White.

Save a bullet for yourself ..
 
How bad is it today, work your whole life, paid off your 30 year mortgage and now forced to sell and move into an apt. because you can no longer afford the property tax's. I moved out of State a few years back that had the oldest population in America and 7 out of 10 seniors were forced out of their homes.

And you are are worried about the future uh. Your electric b.s. and your racial harmony.
 
I agree that there will be far more, almost total electric transportation. Lifestyles will be changed (less RV camping for one). Rural america will see population loss while urban areas see an increase. Hispanics will come to dominate politics in america. Liberal ideolgy will also dominate. Universal healthcare will be in effect. Ninety percent of income tax will be paid by five percent of the population. Seventy percent of the population will pay no income tax.

Just an observation not looking for an argument, but has somebody pissed in your Cheerios bowl every day for maybe the last
20 years?
You got to find something to be happy about once in a while. You only get one life, cheer up.
 
The radical Islamists and the Communists will be fighting over the smoldering ruins of America. (Like watching Hitler and Stalin fighting, it's hard to pick anyone to root for, all you can do is hope the carnage will be epic.)

And it won't take 50 years. :oops:

As others have said, I'm glad I won't be here to see it.
 
Dave P. and sharpblade7777, don't let my rap fool you, I am so blessed. But we need people like me to speak truth to power otherwise we end up with frauds like Trump. The bottom line America was never design for the 'average'. The real goal now in America is to do what they have done in Europe and replace White people.

Some don't like it when we say "I was born a poor White child", doesn't play into the narrative. In the near future the deadbeats and ghetto blasters will think they are living high on the hog with their $1200 dollar a month universal wage while paying $800 dollars a month to live with the cockroaches under the slumlords.

Most of us will be on a filthy and dangerous public transportation system after they force us out of the market (all by design) sitting next to the crazies and stickies with one hand in the pocket clutching a knife hoping not be robbed or assaulted.
10 years in school debt with a worthless degree as they sponsor the H-1B visa gang. 3 roommates on top ramen noodles, shoplifting and selling weed to supplement.
 
You were lead to believe that the purpose for electric cars was to save the planet from climate change. Not so, they are to limit your freedom to travel where you want and when you want. For example, no public charging stations within a 250 mile radius of Washington D.C. would eliminate the threat of over throwing the government. You will be living in a tiny apartment in a city so there is no need to travel very far if at all. All charging stations nationwide will be controlled by the ruling elite and can be shut down at their will. All farm equipment will be electric so the ruling class can starve you out by shutting down the charging stations at their will. These are the plans of the World Economic Forum. After all, they consider us to be just a bunch of stupid hillbillys incapable of caring for ourselves. We can change this bleak outlook but it's not going to be easy given the level of stupidity in this country and around the world. We need leaders that can change this outcome.

Totally agree. Every post is something negative. Somewhere, at some time, something must have been on the positive in your life.

You’re pretty new here. Maybe take a breath and survey the lay of the land a bit for deciding what you post in the future.

Most importantly, familiarize yourself with the rules. Pay close attention to the parts about civility, attitude, profanity, etc.

Didn't we have another member on here for a while that would make comments 20 times a day in all kinds of posts. In 10 to 12 short months after joining he had well over 2500 posts/comments. I'm certainly not casting any disparaging stones atr anyone, but holy smokes, somebody sure licked the red off your sucker....

All I can say, if the fabric starts to unravel here in America I hope I won't be too old to join in the fray. Bob Wright I hear what you say, it's going to take the Good Lord and Good Men to set things on the right path, but it may be a long time coming.
 
i would guess we in a big war before then so no body can predict where we will be, I pray we not have to learn to speak chinese.
 
Pax Britania ruled the civilized world for several hundred years. They declined and the USA became the dominate world power for 120 years or so. I fear our own decline will bring the rise of China to become the next world power and so it goes. Just look at the Roman Empire. Destroyed by greed and corruption from within. Sound Familiar?

Bob, the second coming for most of us is only as far away as our death. It maybe minutes or it may be eons! Only God knows the hour.
I never thought in 1975 that the world would last this long. My Grandmother expected God any day. She died at age 92 reciting “this generation shall not pass without seeing the return of Christ”.

Bob, the latest estimate of deities in the world being worshiped is between 2500-5000 and for all we really know your deity may have only ever been just a good teacher. And that's only if we can believe a book written by man in a time of extreme illiteracy.

Basically pick your choice and get ready for the News Flash not one of them give a rats-a** about this world, and any relationship is on a 'personal level'. We may start out hearing about it all through religion but after that we better get a clue, there is no mediator between GOD !

It may surprise you to know that there are over 4,000 recognized religions in the world all developed by man.
