Prayer Request

Please spare a prayer or a thought for a dear friend who passed this morning. He was a fellow motorcyclist, writer, doctor in the best sense of the word, and a good man. It's going to be hard knowing that he's not out there anymore...

Hi,

A prayer comes from SoCal, Jeff: Dr. Sacks sounds like he was an incredible man to know, and a great loss has been suffered by those who did know him. If you asked, I'd tell you to get the bike out of the garage, head out somewhere that's got a nice hill to overlook "the world", and spend a few moments there just thinking of all the folks down below who've benefited from his work, even if they didn't even know his name.

I don't think praying for the deceased does anything for them but can pray for his family and friends. He was a very bright man and helped many. I regret the loss of your friend.
