But, I can see certain political hacks using it to "Prove" that those millions of evil gun owners have been in uncontrolled possession of "high explosives" for decades, and that this reclass is just common sense. :roll:

There is no change at present. If they do issue a change it will affect all of the ammo industry including the suppliers, manufacturers, the ammo and powder distributors as well as those that buy powder and ammo like the police and military and the public.
