Was at the local Scheel's last week with my Daughter. They had one of the pink laminate 10/22, for $229.00 new. She whined enough and I bought it. As she was filling out the 4473 (she is 18 and this was her first purchase). I saw a used 10/22 SS Takedown in the used rack and bought that one for myself. I though it was kind of cool to be there when my daughter filled her first 4473.
We fire both of them on Saturday, and notice a couple of my extra 10 round magazines found a new home in her range bag.
