I have a pc4 and was wondering if anyone makes parts for it. For example stocks optic mounts exc.

can't quite figure out if you are asking about two things or one...
stocks? No... the trigger mech is in the stock, so nobody is going to go to the trouble of trying to replicate all that.
as for optics... all options are going to be for the top of the receiver and the easiest thing to look for is anything that says it will fit a mini14 or 30 ranch style rifle... the indentions on top of the receiver are the same as for Ruger scope rings for those.... besides rings and optics that fit in them the easier way to go is a rail that fits these ...

Thank for the input I did not know that the trigger mech is located in the stock.

You can get a manual for the rifle at Rugers site. Sounds like your PC could use a field strip and clean. They are great guns but they made relatively few of them so there is not a huge aftermarket. Several members here have dressed them up at home with good results. I have had red dot scopes on mine along with 4x scopes both with good results. I always end up going back to the factory Ghost Ring though.
