I have a KP97DC. It is actually my most reliable and accurate .45 so far.

I was thinking of a holster for it. Of course I wait until 6 years after they quit making the darned thing!

So I am finding holster for the P90 or the P95. Sometimes I find them for the P94 or P89.. Of course I also find them for the P345.

My first thought is that the P97 is closest to the P95 size, so that would be the one to go with. However, the P90 and P97 are .45 and the P95 is 9, so does that make a difference?

Which of these options would provide me with the closest 'fit' for my P97 and why?

Thanks!

Have you tried Shopruger.com. They have a paddle holster for $19.00 & a belt holster for $38.95 for the P97. I purchased the Fobus sp11 for my Taurus 45 ACP & it also fit my Ruger P89.

I'm not a Don Hume holster enthusiast, but the web site shows a dozen for the P97:

I'm in the same boat, looking for a holster for my P94. I called Don Hume, and they don't have any in stock (but would happy to make one for me if I was willing to wait four months).

Fobus also still makes a couple of holsters for the P97. The RU97 is one of their paddle holsters, although Fobus lists it for the CZ SP-01 now. :)
