P94 value

A friend wants to buy a P94 that I have. The slide is blued, and the box is marked "Special Edition". The pistol is in perfect shape and is still in the box (marked P944T), but has had about 200 rounds through it. Any idea what a fair value would be?

My guess would be around $300 dollars but I would suggest going to gunbroker.com or auctionarms & looking at closed auctions. That way you can see what they are selling for. I think you have to register to do this.

It depends, the gun may be worth $350-375 to some people. I've noticed the P90,94's aren't very cheap these days for some reason, but I bought my stainless P944 new for $349 a number of years ago.

You say it's a friend of yours, so I wouldn't necessarily try to get full book value as I might do to a stranger.lol!

For a direct purchase, without FFL fees or shipping expenses, I would think $350 would be a fair price for both parties.

Thanks for the opinions. The guy insists on paying me $400, and I am telling him $300 is fair. I guess we will split the difference.

That sounds like a good deal to me Titleist. It's nice when both parties are trying to do the right thing.
