P90 magazine latch spring

The spring on the magazine latch of my P90 broke yesterday. I ordered a couple from Ruger last night; a 'couple' because I KNOW what'll happen when I mess with springs...
I have a general idea of how to replace it, but I failed to notice what hole in the latch the spring is supposed to be inserted. I just KNOW that I'll choose the wrong one, considering the difficulty of working in this confined area, and will curse the day and all of mankind if I have to do this more than once.
So. In order to release the magazine from the original left-side-of-the grip, which of the two holes in the latch should the spring go?

Crikey! Mine has two holes in it, apparently to facilitate the action for left-handed operation.
