Is this gun capable of Ruger only loads?

It will handle it's caliber from any manufacturer. I have a .41 mag, and have fired ammo from several sources in it. PMC, Underwood, Buffalo Bore, etc. with no problems.

This is a .45acp/.45 Colt convertible.
Any manufactured, I'm sure it will. Will it handle Ruger & T/C loads for the .45 Colt from the Hornady manual?

Yes it will. After you shoot a few of the top end 'Ruger Only' loads in it you,like most of us, will decide that tier two loads are just where you need to be loading for the .45 Colt.
