Looks really official except, I do not have a PayPal account and I received it at 5:58 Eastern Daylight Time on Saturday. So I received it before the change had supposedly happened.

I get those too, once or twice a year. Cancelled my PayPal account after they let it get hacked for the 2nd or 3rd time about 5 years ago.

Ha ..... I have three personal accounts and 7 business accounts that I check daily. It's sort of funny to see all the spam messages lined up ... sometimes all 10 in a row.

Sadly, they send out millions and all it takes is one gullible person and the've made some $$$$

Holy smoke! Everything seems to be happening to me. I now find that my Wells Fargo account has been used by someone other than I. It would seriously worry me if I actually had a Wells Fargo account.
