On Holsters...............

Awhile back somebody posted on this Forum a photo of this old holster:



Now that holster looked mighty good to me, and I approached Graveyard Jack Gunleather about sort of duplicating it. But I wanted a fold-over belt loop, not a stitched on one, and maybe basket weave stamping. Result:



The cartridge slide is from Jack Russell. I'm awaiting one in brown.

The Ruger is a .45 Colt Blackhawk. The nickel plated cases were bought from a forum member here.

man oh man i like that cartridge slide. been looking for that same for years. hope to one day get a rig from El Paso . but that six shooter look like like a million $$$$. just the right look!!!!!
