what would the average price be for an unconverted, shooter grade 4 5/8" Old model Blackhawk in 45 colt be? and did these models ever come with a 45acp cylinder? or could I have a cylinder fitted?

Yes,,, these guns are desirable as the low production numbers combined with high demand makes them a bit more expensive. Especially the convertibles.
There were approximately 23,031 of the OM 45's made between 1971 & 1973. A VERY few of them were shipped with a brass grip frame & as such, command a serious premium.
I'd say a worn shooter grade will command around $500 & a lightly worn shooter grade will run around $650. Beaters will be less & nice examples will be more.
