old model bearcat

I could not pass today on a blued Bearcat in excellent condition-appears from the ser # to have been made in 1968. This is a 4 click model which suggests to me that only five can be safely loaded-forgive the newbie question-just checking on this?

Yep, if it doesn't have the transfer bar, only 5 for carry....
