That isn't a proposal, it becomes law maybe tomorrow. Already passed the Senate and they already announced it will be rubber stamped tomorrow to become law as soon as Cuomo signs it.

All I can say is sorry NY but you get what you vote for. For those that did not vote the anti-Americans into office you are welcome to come to TX but leave any liberal, socialist, marxist, communist ideas behind.

Apparently the state legislature violated their own State law (must wait 72 hours before a vote) in passing it, so it may not last long.

Such maneuvers have been tossed in other states... good luck New Yorkers.
