None of These This Year

Went up to the huckleberry patch the other day. There were only a very few berries. It would take a life time to get enough for a shake for Jeff Hoover this year.

As you can see the picture is an older one. They were good that year. Last year they were plenty good also. I picked a few extra last year and plan on having a shake again soon.

My wife is at our place in far north idaho and has said the the hucks are few and far between this year.

I guess I'd better not hope for a good shake from Soda. I'll have to wait until y'all have a better year for berries.

Eric, my freezer is where he picked his last batch! I'll probably have to bail him out again & show him where the berries are. When you're color blind & half your trigger finger is gone its hard to pick huckleberries!

This is getting to be just like a political campaign again. Dick, is twisting the truth and trying to deceive the public so bad that I get a case of ulsers just living in the same town with him. He is soooo jealous that he sneaks around hiding death threats all over my place and even put a for sale sigh on my truck once. I caught him in my raspberry patch with red juice all over his mouth and could not even say, "I didn't take any". :roll: I keep giving him the benefit of the doubt, but there is no doubt left in his account. :wink: I can't wait to see what the next yarn he will spin to try and weasel back into my good graces. :shock: I have to go see the shrink now just to survive the day. :shock: I am going to get him a straight jacket for Christmas this year. :? I am having trouble finding one in his size and with a pocket in it so he will think that he has his favorite, security Tee shirt on. 8) Hey, honey, where is the big bottle of pain pills :?: Steve
