Other than a pellet rifle I've never owned a long gun but when Ruger came out with the Take Down I was hooked. Found one at a good price and it should arrive next week.
I'd like to install a scope and assume I'll need a compact type so that it will fit in the case (I'm not interested in a quick disconnect type).
Any suggestions ?
