After searching for a while I recently bought a 45 colt super redhawk in 7.5. I was searching and searching for one that didn't have the warning roll marks on the barrel and I finally located and purchased one that was built this year. I'm impressed with the overall build quality except for one thing...
My front sight is not aligned correctly. It sits noticeable crooked on the barrel. Can anyone tell me how the front sight post is attached to the barrel? I'd really like to get it straightened out and am unsure how to go about it. I'd rather avoid sending it back to Ruger but I have to have a true front sight.
Thanks for any help.
