The only ugly part of that gun is the grips. A nice set of stags, and that would be a great BBQ or Court gun. Engraving is not for everybody, but I can appreciate it. However, I'd rather buy another gun than spend the money on engraving. A brace of SR1911's looks better in my safe than one lacy frilly one. Ed

That NRA gun is beautiful compared to this 70 Series Colt for sale in Dallas. This gun has to take the prize for ugliest gun I've ever seen. And only $4500!
