New sight option for GP100

Wondered if anyone has tried out these new sights on the GP models? The stock rear GP sight has always looked terrible to me and this might be a good start.

I had em on my 4" and like them. I only removed them because I went with a Bushnell TRS-25 red dot.

They have been available for many years. I never tried one though. They seem bulky to me. I do use a red (Hi Viz) light stik on my GP and like it. :D :D

I like the front, but have no interest in a F.O. rear.

I put a HIVis F/O front sight on my GP. The improvement is remarkable. Don't know about the rear sight possibility with F/O. Guess you might try it.

They seem like a good option for a range gun, but don't seem durable enough for field/carry use.

Those are nice sights! I did a swap on my GP-100 a couple years back, I put a set of Meprolight night sights on it. They are great. Got them at a steal of a price from a friend of mine, because I do carry my GP-100 sometimes in the winter when bigger winter clothes are brought out.

The best sights for revolvers period are the millet sights, but good luck finding them as they are no longer made and now bring a premium.

I got the front sights that Shop Ruger has for the GP 100 and what a difference it made

Put a set on a .357 and RH .480 and it improved my vision problems considerably.

I can't be the only one who went cheap and bought some bright orange nail polish. I put white on the front sight and then put orange over that.
