Someone here posted about a year ago claiming insider knowledge that a new O/U would be released within days. We are still waiting.

Over on Shotgunworld a poster claiming insider knowledge gleaned while at the Dallas Safari show that a new O/U would be forthcoming later this year or early 2014.

Another Shotgunworld poster claiming insider knowledge says no new shotgun is immediately forthcoming from Ruger.

I certainly would not put off purchasing a shotgun while waiting on any Ruger vaporware.

I would love to see a new Ruger shotgun, but for years we've been seeing vague statements claiming that Ruger has something in the works that is just about to be released. At this point, I'll believe it when I see it. Hopefully I get to see it in this decade.
