My new Ruger Rifles!!!

Two new rifles
1) m77 hawkeye RSI in 6.5×55, manlicher with a Swaro Z6
- shot it today, after getting it sighted in, first 3 shots at 100- 2 shots elongated one hole and the other 1/2÷ inch away!
2) Ruger Alaskan Bush in 9.3x62, had to order ammo, shoot it next.

Two classic African cartridges. Taking them to Africa this year!

Nice pair. Good luck on your safari. Craig Boddington gave me a piece of advice. When you fly, wear or carry-on your hunting boots. You can get clothes, guns, ammo, or anything else if your luggage is lost, but almost impossible to ger boots that fit.

My 9.3x62 is a CZ, but fabulous round, with a been there done that history. If you like yours as much as I like mine you'll be a happy camper. And your 6.5 Swede will likely show up in my dreams tonight. Another great round in an equally fine rifle.

For me, your remarks are excellent advice. Shoes and boots in particular are problematic. Don

Thank you so much, when i took the Swede to the range, i got more compliments on that rifle than I ever have, it really is a beauty ....and a shooter!
