FNH FNS-40 and already got a couple hundred rounds through it this afternoon. Pretty fun pistol. It was a toss up on this one(which is more mine) and a Ruger SR45 which had a bigger grip than I liked but which I know Kenneth will probably get next and will be more his.

Rick, I am certain he will. He has handled and shot the SR45 and loved it, but that grip is a bit much for me. His and hers. Got to love it!

We had another WOT clinic yesterday, and a lady came in with 2 identical Walthers. A set of "his & hers." She shot hers, and her hubby had sent his to see if it "still shot ok." I shot her hubbies gun with a few mags in rapid fire to see if it would run. It was fine.
But after our clinic, she told me many of the points I made about SD & having her own gun, and why, she says she may be re-thinking her choice of firearm. She liked a few of the clinic (my) guns better than hers.

Is the grip on the FN adjustable?
It seems just a bit long in the grip compared to the length of the slide, but I'm used to 1911 proportions.

Who likes to get all his fingers on the grip of a pistol, which makes the LCP annoying without using extensions to make the grip as long as the LC9 sigh.

FN's are really nice guns. Sounds like a good price too. I tend to favor the SR45 it is a big grip though. Have you tried the SR9 or SR40? Grip is really nice on that one. I use the SR9. Great guns.

I want a 40 cal for my next handgun. I have been patiently waiting to find a well loved P94DC at a value price.

Thanks! The grip does have an adjustable back strap so you can adapt it for yourself a bit.
