Do the blued NM BH have aluminum or steel grip frames? What about the stainless steel BH and the blue and SS Vaqueros?

Blue BH's have had both, but generally have aluminum.
SS BH's & Vaqueros are all SS.
Can't answer about blued Vaqueros as I don't know.
And I almost forgot, Ruger still offered a brass GF as an accessory into the NM era but don't know if Ruger installed them or not.

It depends upon the model.
Some have alloy, some have blue steel, and some have stainless steel.

I think gunzo is referring to the brass ones from the very early years of the NM guns, because Ruger hasn't offered a real brass g/f in decades. But they all only fit the OM guns.
Recently,, they have been offering a brass COLORED NM g/f on the Wrangler.

Standard blued Blackhawks will have aluminum frames.

Flattop models will have steel frames.

Special edition Blackhawks may have aluminum or steel frames.

When in doubt ask the seller or come back here for clarification. Good luck!

From your question, it sounds like that you may be wanting to order a new Blackhawk through a gun store or dealer? If so, it is 90% going to be aluminum grip frame unless it’s a special order model, as a distributor exclusive type Blackhawk. If you get the model number of the gun you want to order the forum should probably answer your question.

Contender, I couldn't remember if there were any Ruger BGF's for NM's so I looked in a1975 dealer pricelist I have & it listed one in the accessories list. All had to go on.
Likely an offering mistakenly left in the list from just a year or 2 before. But mute if OP is wanting to order a new gun.

For decades, blued New Model Blackhawks have come with a blued steel grip frame. This has been the standard and is what you'll find on the vast majority of them.

Novsek03,, I think you are mistaken. The standard Blackhawk line has had alloy grip frames for decades,, and the steel ones were just installed on specific models. Such as the Vaquero's & New Vaquero's or Old Army's.

The only New Model Blackhawks with steel grip frames have been the Bisleys, short-barrelled Supers, limited-editions like the Buckeye convertibles, and the NM Flattops. All the "normal" NM Blackhawks have aluminum alloy frames.
