I believe the name calling started on your end, go back and read, something about a "fool".
I too have had conversations with attorneys who specialize in this subject, ones on both the defense and prosecuting sides, and they don't agree with your position. Also, there are thousands of self defense shootings every year where no charges are ever even filed, so to suggest that the moment a person uses a gun to defend themselves they immediately fall under prosecution is not generally accurate.
Lastly, I believe Mas has changed his views regarding modified triggers, I suggest you do a little more research there.
