new 327 sp101 question?????

I picked up a sp101 in 327 cal. I tryed the fed 32H&R 85 grain and it seems when cocking the revolver in single action mode the revolver will before going into full cock or lock-up hits a small hard spot in cocking the hammer of revolver slowly. If I cock it with some speed I don't feel it as bad. What is funny don't feel it at all with 327 ammo, fast or slow with the 327 ammo in cocking this revolver. Is this an issue in cocking speed or is this revolver needs some tlc. I had one yrs ago and you couldn't even cock the thing with 32 H&R ammo.
Sort of like having a 357 and not being able to shoot 38's out of the same revolver...

I haven't shot much H&R 32 but did notice when first breaking in there was a small "hitch" in double action firing just before lockup. I deburred the cylinder lock notchs and after that and shootin some it went away. Never noticed it cocking it though, but shot mostly double action thru breakin.

Is it possible that the primers of the .32 mag ammo are not seated quite as deeply as the primers of the .327 ammo, and that they are hanging up slightly on some portion of the recoil shield when the hammer is cocked? I've seen this before.

I talked with Ruger tis-morning. They are gonna picke-up on their dime and fix. I had this issue yrs ago with another 327 sp101. They had to work on or replace the pawl or hand in order for it to work with all 32 H&R ammo especially federals ammo. What is funny no issue with 327 American eagle ammo just the fed 85 jhp, and 98 gr lead swc ammo all made by federal ammo company. I got to thinking after I made this post this was the same issue I had with another sp101 in 327 revolver, but Ruger is super they also fixed the problem and last I heard revolver is still ticking like a timex watch......
