Selling my.270. Asking $600 without a scope. A guy offered me a stoeger Condor stf 3000. +$350.

The 3000 has the engraved nickel receiver and ejectors rather than blued with extractors.

Fair trade. But I would not want a stoeger. Nothing wrong with them. But they are a typical turkish made import stamped with whoevers name. What you going to do if you need parts in the future. The stoeger is also a hard sell. Probably why he wants to trade it too you. So if your thinking of a flip to get your cash out it might take a while.

Typical Stoeger price is $300 tops, usually more like $250, and that's for one in mint condition. An old Savage over/under (I think it was the 330 or something like that) is a FAR better shotgun for about the same $$.

Stoeger is now owned by Beretta and managed by Benelli. The guns made in Turkey has improved DRAMATICALLY in the last 3 years. If it's a current model and you are looking for an O/U I'd do the deal.
