The finger grooves models show up so rarely that it is hard to say. If I saw a 10/22 in good shape for $500 or less I'd be all over it. If it was the .44, maybe up to $750. But that's just me. In the end, it all boils down to:
1). How bad do you want these magnificent rifles?
2). Do you have the money?
3). Are you buying them to keep, or are you buying them to resell?
I can tell you that I have never regretted buying the guns I've bought, but I have regretted not buying the ones I wanted because of another $50 or $100. If you are buying them to keep, a few bucks one way or the other becomes irrelevant.
