Need help with a mini-14 w/Weaver scope Ranch Model

Being a novice, what do I look I look for before purchasing this used rifle? They are asking $475.00

1. how old is it.
2. how many round do they think been through it, i.e. 200, 300, 3,000 etc.
3. what was their grouping when they last shot it, 2", 3" at 100yds
4. why are they selling it.
5. Ranch model, target, tactical, etc.
6. can you go look at it or is it an online sale.
7. factory Stock, after market stock.
8. Any extra Magazines, Ammo etc..
9. what is the overall Cond.
